Fantastic service from Go Car Charge. I was able to get an installation within a week or so of my initial inquiry, with brilliant support in booking a slot, answering my EV novice questions and collecting all the site information to ensure a smooth installation on the day. Installer arrived on time, worked efficiently and tidily inside and outside the house and was very professional and good to deal with. Installation was wrapped up in a morning and I was given a good handover as to the key parts of the installation, how to use charging point (Ohme ePod), the companion app and syncing with my car and my energy provider. Would happily recommend Go Car Charge anyone in need of an EV charging point.
