Developers

BHK Construction ltd

BHK Construction are currently working on a development of 13 new homes in Quainton, Buckinghamshire. They contacted us at the start of the project as they knew the importance of having a electric vehicle chargepoint on each of the new homes to ensure they were future-proofed.

Each home owner can feel safe that when purchasing their new home from BHK Construction they are able to charge their electric vehicle from moving date or in the future.

R2G Investments

R2G Investments have converted a derelict care home in Northampton to 13 luxury flats. They contacted us when building work was underway to put in the infrastructure for electric vehicle chargepoints to ensure the residents were able to charge their electric vehicle at home.

When the project was nearly complete we returned to site and installed 2 x 7.4kW Rolec Quantum Dual Pedestal chargepoints ready for home owners to use when they move in.

Morrison Property Consultants

We have worked with Morrison Property on two of their recent developments in Banbury and Wallingford, Oxfordshire. Both sites were old buildings that have been converted in to flats. Property developer Mark Morrison was keen to ensure his new home owners had the opportunity to charge their electric vehicle at home.

Stratus
